Pay online through the tenant portal via bank transfer (ACH) or credit/debit card. Autopay is available so rent is paid automatically each month.What if I have an emergency maintenance issue?
Call our 24/7 emergency maintenance line at 208-408-3430. For non-emergencies, submit a request through the tenant portal and we'll respond within one business day.How do I give notice to move out?
Refer to your lease agreement for the required notice period (typically 30 days). Submit written notice through the tenant portal or by email to tenants@nesteggrental.com.When is my security deposit returned?
Idaho law requires security deposit returns within 21 days of move-out. We conduct a final inspection and provide an itemized accounting of any deductions.Can I renew my lease?
